Our laboratory has begun its operation in order to provide consultancy and research services and its main criterion is the continuous improvement of the quality of food, based on its state-of-the-art technological equipment.
In the dairy sector, our laboratory is the only one that has a mobile milk control unit, with a pan-Hellenic service, to carry out on-site self-inspections in the milk production and reception area, in the presence of the producer.
